2011:  Named First Team All-Northern Sun Conference, First Team AVCA All-Central Region and honorable mention AVCA All-American after averaging 3.41 kills and 4.30 digs per set...had 20 double-doubles in 31 matches during the season, ranking tied for seventh in the NSIC in kills per set and eighth in digs per set...had only two matches where Fredrickson did not record either 10 kills and/or 10 digs...had season-high 21 kills vs. Southwest Minnesota State on 10-8-11 and tied career-high with 30 digs at Winona State on 9-16-11...named MVP of the UNK Fall Classic and was named NSIC Offensive Player of the Week on 10-17-11...one of just six players in school history to finish with 1,000 career kills and 1,000 career digs (1,266 kills and 1,599 digs)...named honorary captain of the Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska NCAA Division II volleyball team.

2010: Started all 30 matches while playing in 106 of 107 sets played during the season...had 14 double-doubles on the season while earning All-NSIC honorable mention honors for second straight year...averaged 3.00 kills and 3.73 digs per set, ranking second on team in kills with 318 and second in digs with 395...was named to the 2010 Premier All-Tournament Team in Denver on September 10-11 after recording three double-doubles in four matches at tournament...had season-high 20 kills in win vs. #1 Minnesota Duluth on 10-1-10 and had season-high 27 digs at Minnesota State on 10-8-10...one of nine Wildcats named to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2009: Started 36 of 37 matches at outside hitter and finished with 16 double-doubles...averaged 2.92 kills and 3.59 digs per set to earn Northern Sun Conference honorable mention All-Conference honors...had career high 23 kills with 21 digs in 3-2 win at Southwest Minnesota State on 9-15-09...added 19 kills with a career high in another 3-2 win in Wayne over Southwest Minnesota State on 10-24-09...led the Wildat with service aces with 36 and had 50 blocks...one of three WSC players named to the Omaha World Herald All Nebraska First Team.

2008: Appeared in all 33 matches as a true freshman, recording seven double-doubles during the season...averaged 1.95 kills and 2.65 digs per set for WSC with 201 kills and 273 digs...had season-high 18 kills in 3-2 win at Colorado Mines on 8-30-08...had season-high 23 digs in 3-2 win at Minnesota State on 10-24-08...had five service aces in 3-0 win at Bemidji State on 11-8-08.

High School: Graduate of Central Catholic High School in Grand Island, Nebraska...helped the Crusaders win the Class C-2 State Volleyball title as a senior in 2007 and was named to the Class C-2 All-Tournament Team...was a three-time All-Centennial Conference selection and named All-State as a sophomore, junior and senior...played in three straight volleyball state championship games, helping GICC win the 2005 Class C-2 title while placing second in Class C-1 in 2006 to go with the 2007 Class C-2 state title as a senior...holds the school record for digs in a season (434) and career (1,235) and is second in career kills at Grand Island Central Catholic with 876...also excelled in basketball and track and field, qualifying for the state track and field meet three times.
