Biography

2015:  Tied for second on the team in appearances with 16, going 1-4 with two saves and a 3.96 ERA...also made five starts for the Wildcats and finished WSC career with 54 career pitching appearances to rank third all-time in school history...worked career-high 8 2/3 innings in no-decision at Winona State (4/8/15), allowing four runs (all unearned) on 13 hits with two strikeouts...earned save at Southwest Minnesota State (5/2/15) after firing three hitless innings of relief with three strikeouts...credited with save at Minnesota Crookston (4/12/15) after throwing four innings of scoreless relief in 8-4 win...had season-high five strikeouts in starts vs. Concordia-St. Paul (3/31/15) and at Sioux Falls (4/22/15)...worked six innings of relief in NSIC Tournament game vs. Northern State, allowing just four hits and one unearned run with three strikeouts.

2014: Had 15 appearances with nine starts, recording a 2-5 record and 4.01 ERA with one complete game...ranked second on the team in innings pitched at 51.2, striking out 29 batters while allowing 59 hits and 23 earned runs...pitched six innings against Sioux Falls on 4/7/14 to earn a win and struckout five while throwing five scoreless innings to get a 12-0 win at Minnesota Crookston (4/19/14)...struckout season high six batters in NSIC Tournament start against Winona State on 5/9/14.

2013: Made 14 relief appearances for Wayne State with four saves and an 0-1 record...had a 4.38 ERA in 24.2 innings pitched...notched 17 K's while allowing 12 runs (12 earned)...had a three strikeout performance against Augustana on 5-3-13 in 2.1 innings of work.

2012: Appeared in nine games and started six on the mound for WSC during freshman season...built a 3-1 record with an ERA of 3.78 in 33.1 innings of work...struckout eight batters and walked nine while allowing 35 hits and 16 runs (14 earned)...threw a complete game in his first ever start for the Wildcats striking out one batter and allowing five hits and one run (zero earned) to get his first collegiate win in a 3-1 WSC victory over LeMoyne (NY) on 3-8-12...threw a season high 7.2 innings in an 11-2 win over Concordia-St. Paul on 5-6-12 retiring two batters via strikeout and surrendered five hits and two runs (two earned).

High School: Graduated from Millard South in Omaha, Nebraska...competed in baseball, basketball, and football...individual honors include: all state honorable mention in baseball in 2011, second team all state Lincoln Journal Star in football in 2010 and honorable mention all state in football in 2009...team accomplishments are 2009 football state champions, 2010 football runner up, and district champions in baseball, football and basketball in 2009 and 2010...had an ERA of 1.13 and a batting average of .500 in summer of 2010 legion season.
