Biography

2015:  Made 16 starts at catcher while playing in 22 games, batting .227 with two home runs and nine RBI...was 10 for 44 at the plate with nine RBI and six runs scored and 11 walks...homered in back-to-back games in late April, hitting pinch-hit two-run blast in 10-0 win at Sioux Falls (4/22/15) and followed that with walk-off solo homer in 4-3 win over Upper Iowa (4/25/15)...was 3 for 3 with two RBI and two runs scored at Augustana (4/17/15).

2014: Played in 40 games with 32 starts at catcher, hitting .247 with four doubles and 13 RBI...had six multi-hit games and three multi RBI contests...was 3 for 4 with two runs scored in 13-3 win over Sioux Falls (4/7/14)...had season high three RBI, going 1 for 3 with a double at Minnesota State (5/2/14)...ranked second on the two with 229 putouts... was one of 10 players to be selected NSIC Spring All-Academic.

2013: Appeared in 18 games, starting eight at catcher, during freshman season at WSC...hit .083 on the year with two hits in 24 trips to the plate...had two doubles, one RBI and one run scored...best game of the season was 4-3-13 against Bemidji State when he went 2-4 from the plate with two doubles and scored one run.

High School: Graduate of Papillion-LaVista South High School...two year letter winner in baseball...helped team to 31-6 record and Class A state title as a junior in 2011.

Personal: Son of Raymond and Patti Kreft...born on March 19, 1994...majoring in physical science education.
