2012 Outdoor: Ran the 800 meter run, one mile run and 1500 meter run for the Wildcats...placed ninth at the Prairie Wolf Invite in the 1500 with a time of 4:13.22...was 13th in the mile at the Wildcat Classic running 4:42.55.

2012 Indoor: Placed 11th in the 1,000 meter run with a season-best time (2:38.52) at the NSIC Indoor Championships and ran leg on eighth place distance medley relay...had season-best time of 4:31.88 in the one mile run at the Nebraka Tuneup Open on 2-17-12...selected to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team for a third straight season.

2011 Outdoor: Finished 17th in the 1,500 meter run at NSIC Championships with time of 4:26.15...had season best time of 4:11.78 in 1,500 meter run to finish ninth at Prairie Wolf Invite...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team for the second straight season.

2011 Indoor: Competed in 1,000 and one mile runs during junior indoor season...finished 13th in 1,000 meter run at NSIC Championships with time of 2:40.58...top time in one mile run was 4:35.03 at Concordia Invite in Seward on 2-12-11 and 2:38.72 in 1,000 meter run at UNL Tuneup Open on 2-18-11...repeat selection to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2010 Outdoor: Ran season-best time of 4:19.68 iin the 1,500 meter run at the Sioux City Relays on 4-17-10...finished 24th in 1,500 meter run (4:26.01) at the NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota...ran 800 meter run in three meets with season-best time of 2:05.05 at the Sioux City Relays...one of four Wildcats named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2010 Indoor: Competed in the one mile run at the NSIC Championships in Mankato placing 13th with a time of 4:48.51...had season best finish in the one mile run at the Wildcat Open on 2/13/10 placing fourth with a time of 4:39.18...ran season best time of 4:38.49 at the Nebraska Tuneup Open on 2/19/10...was one of six Wildcats named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic team.

2009 Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 1,500 meter run (4:22.88) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...opened the season with a 13th place finish in the 800 meter run (2:08.64) at the Mount Marty Invite on 3-29-09 and finished 10th in the one mile run (4:42.92) at the Wildcat Open on 4-3-09...placed a season-best seventh in the 1,500 meter run (4:22.21) at the South Dakota Dual on 4-28-09.

2009 Indoor: Competed in two events at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji, taking 10th in the one mile run (4:49.68) and 16th in the 800 meter run (2:09.29)...ran season-best time of 4:44.94 in the one mile run at the USD Hillenbrand Invite on 2-7-09...had season-best time of 2:07.30 in the 800 meter run at Minnesota State Open on 1-31-09.
