2015:  Ranked third on the team in starts with nine, making 10 pitching appearances as a senior...finished with a 2-1 record and a 5.20 ERA...ranked fourth on the team in innings pitched with 45, allowing 47 hits and 31 runs (26 earned) with 27 strikeouts and 19 walks...named NSIC Pitcher of the Week February 24th after pitching seven innings allowing just two hits and one run in a 4-1 win at Newman (Kan.) on 2/20/15...worked five innings in win over Northern State (3/28/15), giving up three runs on eight hits in 10-7 win...struck out season-high five batters in three innings of work at Southwest Minnesota State (5/2/15).

2014: Made 10 appearances with one start during the season, going 2-1 with a 6.23 ERA...pitched 21.2 innings and had 23 strikeouts, allowing 26 hits and 17 runs (15 earned)...in lone start of the season struckout six in 6.1 innings, but suffered a 3-1 loss at #6 Minnesota State...earned win with three innings of one hit relief vs. Mary (4/2/14)...also earned win with one inning of relief in 6-5 victory vs. Tiffin (Ohio) on 3/12/14...had season high seven strikeouts in 4.1 innings pitched vs. Augustana at NSIC Tournament (5/9/14).

2013: Had nine relief appearances out of the WSC bullpen during sophomore season to go with a 1-0 record...notched 12 strikeouts in 13.2 innings pitched with an ERA of 7.90...struck out three batters in three innings pitched against Notre Dame (Ohio) on 3-4-13.

2012: Appeared in five games as a relief pitcher during freshman season at WSC with 0-0 record and an ERA of 12.79 in 6.1 innings pitched...struckout four batters and walked five while allowing seven hits and 10 runs scored (nine earned)...threw two innings of relieft vs. Minnesota, Crookston on 5-2-12 with two strikeouts and allowed no runs and no hits.

High School: Graduate of Glenwood High School in Glenwood, Iowa...during senior season in 2011, was 5-2 on the mound with a 1.82 ERA, helping Glenwood to a 29-8 record and a #5 ranking in the final Iowa Class 3A Coaches Poll...had 62 strikeouts in just 50 innings pitched as opponents hit just .172 against Schulz...solid hitter at the plate, hitting .388 in senior season with 13 doubles and 36 RBI's...as a junior in the 2010 season had a record of 5-1 with a 2.79 ERA helping Glenwood to a 30-7 record and the Iowa Class 3A State Title.
