2011 Indoor: Competed in 1,000 meter and one mile runs during senior indoor season...was 14th in the 1,000 meter run at NSIC Championships with time of 3:17.49...had season-best time of 3:15.22 in 1,000 meter run at UNL Tuneup Open on 2-18-11...best time in one mile run was 5:38 at Mankato State Open on 1-29-11....was a repeat selection to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2010 Outdoor: Ran leg on seventh place 4 x 400 meter relay team (4:03.45) at the NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota...also ran in the 800 meter run and was 16th overall with time of 2:30.68...had season-best time of 2:24.68 in the 800 meter run at Howard Wood Relays (5-1-10) and 5:09.92 in the 1,500 meter run at the Sioux City Relays (4-17-10)...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2010 Indoor: Competed on two relay teams for the Wildcats at the NSIC Championships in Mankato with a second place finish in the distance medley relay that set a new school record time of 12:21.99...also ran leg on the 4 x 400 meter relay team that finished tenth (4:14.59)...had a season best time of 3:15.42 in the 1,000 meter run at the Nebraska Tuneup Open on 2/19/10...ran a season best time of 2:27.56 in the 800 meter run for a fifth place finish at the USD Graphic Edge Invite on 1/23/10...selected to NSIC Winter All Academic Team.
2009 Outdoor: Placed third in the 800 meter run (2:30.78) at the South Dakota Dual on 4-28-09...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2009 Indoor: Ran leg on seventh place distance medley relay team (13:15.55) at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji...also competed in 1,000 meter run and placed 15th with time of 3:15.22...won the 800 meter run (2:30.80) at the Wildcat Open on 2-14-09 and placed second in the one mile run (5:43.60)...ran season-best time of 3:09.94 in the 1,000 meter run to place ninth at the Nebraska Tuneup Open in Lincoln on 2-20-09.
2008 Outdoor: Competed in two events at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Wayne, taking 10th in the 1,500 meter run (5:10.84) and 11th in the 5,000 meter run (19:54.28)...ran season-best time of 5:03.61 in the 1,500 meter run at the Sioux City Relays on 4-19-08 to take 10th place.
2008 Indoor: Placed sixth in the one mile run (5:24.18) at the NSIC Indoor Championships and ran leg on fourth place distance medley relay team (12:38.17)...took first place in the one mile run at the Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-9-08 with time of 5:35.05...ran season-best time of 5:22.13 in the one mile run at the Prairie Wolf Open in Lincoln on 2-22-08...took second place in the 1,000 meter run (3:15.11) at the Bill Hillenbrand Invitational in Vermillion, South Dakota on 1-19-08.
High School: Attended Ainsworth High School where she lettered in track and cross country for four years...was a State Cross Country qualifier in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006...also a State Track qualifier in 2004, 2005 and 2006...helped lead her cross country team to an undefeated season and State Championship in 2004...also was a member of the 2005 State Cross Country runner-up team in 2005...member of the 3,200 meter relay team that finished sixth at state in 2004...member of the 3,200 meter relay team that set a new school record in 2005.
