2009 Outdoor: Opened the season with a fifth place finish in the 1,500 meter run (5:06.76) at the Mount Marty Invite on 3-29-09...finished third and ran a season-best time (5:00.86) in the 1,500 meter run at the South Dakota Dual on 4-28-09...placed fourth in the one mile run (5:34.87) at the Wildcat Open on 4-3-09...also placed eighth in the 1,500 meter run (5:02.63) at the Sioux City Relays on 4-18-09...ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that set a WSC record (12:44.39) at the Drake Relays on 4-25-09...finished the season with an 11th place finish in the 1,500 meter run (5:07.27) and a 27th place finish in the 800 meter run (2:30.71) at the NSIC Championships...one of seven WSC women's runners named to the 2009 NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2009 Indoor: Ran leg on seventh place distance medley relay team (13:15.55) at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji...also finished 12th in the 1,000 meter run (3:10.60)...placed third in the 600 meter run (1:44.40) and 800 meter run (2:35.07) at the Wildcat Open on 2-14-09.
2008 Outdoor: Scored points in three events at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Wayne...finished fourth in the 800 meter run (2:23.10) and ran legs on third place 4 x 800 meter relay team and fourth place 4 x 400 meter relay team at NSIC meet...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2008 Indoor: Just missed earning a medal at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji, Minnesota with an eighth place finish in the 600 meter run (1:41.63), a season-best time in that event...competed in 1,000 meter run and one mile run at the USD Hillenbrand Invitational, placing sixth in both events...one of seven Wildcat runners selected to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2007 Outdoor: Scored points in two events at NSIC Outdoor Championships, placing fourth in 1,500 meter run (5:00.39) and running leg on fourth place 4 x 800 meter relay team (9:36.53)...just missed placing in 800 meter run at NSIC meet, finishing eighth in time of 2:28.17...versatile athlete during spring season, competing in 400 meter hurdles, 3,000 meter steeplechase, 800 and 1,500 meter runs.
2007 Indoor: Placed fourth in 1,000-meter run (3:12.00) at NSIC Indoor Championships...also ran leg on distance medley relay team (Gibson, Jade Lippman, Erin Oswald, Megan Zavorka) that set new school record time of 12:36.74 to place second at NSIC Meet...won 600 meter run at Wildcat Open on 2-10-07 in 1:44.33.
High School: Attended Grand Island Northwest HS where she lettered in track, cross country and softball. . . Earned Academic All-State and Academic All-Conference honors in 2005 in track. . . Two-time state qualifier in cross country and holds the school record with a time of 15:49 at the York Country Club. . . Also holds the school record in high and low hurdle relays.
