2018: Only player to start all 47 games this season (at first base), batting .333 with team high nine homers and 35 RBI...also led team in total bases (104), runs scored (46), walks (22) and stolen bases (14-15)...ranked second on the team in multi hit games (16) and tied for the team lead in multiple RBI's with 10...was 4-5 with two homers, a triple, four RBI and four runs scored vs. Sioux Falls (4/29/18)...also homered twice at Newman (3/4/18), going 3-4 with three RBI...in season opener at UC-Colorado Springs (2/17/18) went 4-4 with two doubles and two RBI.

2017: Was one of only two players to start all 53 games this season batting .301 with four homers and a team high 40 RBI's...led the team in doubles (13), walks (30) and putouts (374) and ranked second on the team in runs scored (37) and multi-RBI games (11)...was third in hits (56), sacrifice hits (7) and at bats (186)...was 3-5 with a homer, triple, four RBI's and three runs scored in 12-5 win at Newman (2/19/17)...had four RBI's going 2-3 with a double in 10-2 win vs. Bemidji State (4/15/17)...went 4-4 with two runs scored in NSIC Tournament win over Minot State (5/10/17)...was 3-4 with two doubles, two RBI's and two runs scored in 5-1 win at Minnesota Duluth (4/7/17).


2016: Played in 42 games with 41 starts (31-shortstop, 10-second base) and posted .315 batting average with one homer and 18 RBI...tied for the team lead in walks (23) and tied for second in doubles (13)...ranked fourth in hits with 46 and multi-hit games (13)...was 2-3 with a double, homer, and five RBI in 15-4 win over Southwest Minnesota State (4/30/16)...went 4-5 with a double and two runs scored in 15-11 win over Winona State (4/13/16)...finished 3-6 with three RBI and three runs scored in 25-13 win at Minot State (4/10/16).

2015:  Had standout freshman season, ranking fourth on the team with a .302 batting average while playing 39 games with 36 starts...made starts at four different positions - 26 at second base, six at third base, two at shortstop and two at designated hitter...had 10 multi-hit games and was third on the team with seven multi-RBI contests...went 3 for 5 with a double and season-high four RBI in 10-7 win at Sioux Falls (4/22/15)...homered in back-to-back games at Southwest Minnesota State on 5/1/15, going 2 for 4 with two RBI and 1 for 3 with three RBI in sweep over Mustangs...went 2 for 4 with a double and three RBI in 9-7 win at Augustana (4/19/15).

High School: Graduate of Rapid City Stevens High School in South Dakota... was a three year starter in baseball and two year letter winner / starter in basketball... hit .333 in 2013 to help Rapid City Post 22 win the Class A South Dakota State American Legion title.

Personal: Son of Doug and Billie Jo Simons... born February 21, 1996... majoring in sport management at WSC.
