2016: Named NSIC Newcomer of the Year after hitting .308 (45 for 146) on the year and .321 in league play (26 for 81) during senior season at Wayne State...had 10 doubles, one triple, two home runs, 21 RBI and six stolen bases for the season...went 2 for 3 with two RBI and a home run in win over Central Missouri (3/19/16)...was 3 for 3 with two runs scored and an RBI against Northern State (4/2/16)...also went 2 for 3 with a homer against Minnesota Crookston (4/9/16).

Before Wayne State: Played one year at Austin Peay and two years at Iowa Western Community College...at Austin Peay hit .242 with four homers, 13 RBI and 24 hits while scoring 21 runs in 35 starts...at IWCC, hit .332 with five homers, five triples and 11 doubles as a sophomore to earn Second Team All-Region XI Honors...was a NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete and hit .323 during freshman season with two homers and 11 doubles helping Reivers team place ninth at NJCAA National Tournament.

High School: Graduate of Waukee High School in Iowa...was a four time All Conference First Team selection and named Iowa Sports Second Team All-State as a senior...named Iowa Sports Player of the Year as a freshman...also qualified for state finals in track twice and volleyball twice.

Personal: Daughter of Bob and Andrea Hoeg. majoring in applied human and sport physiology.
