2019:  Competed in all six meets with two Top 30 finishes...was 26th at the Herb Blakely/Dakota State Invite in Sioux Center, Iowa (9/14/19) with time of 28:51.1 and came in 30th place at Wildcat Classic (9/27/19) at 29:05.1...top 8,000-meter time was 27:51.3 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/5/19)...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2018: Ran in four meets during the season...top time on 8,000 meter course was 28:12 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/6/18) followed by 28:29 at NSIC Championships...was #5 finisher for WSC at NCAA Central Regional with time of 34:53 on 10,000 meter course...repeat selection to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2017: Participated in all six meets as a sophomore...season best time on 8,000 meter course was 28:39 at NSIC Championships at Moorhead, Minnesota (10/21/17)...was 72nd at Woody Greeno/UNL Invite (9/16/17) with time of 31:05...named to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2016:  Competed in four meets during season...ran 23:49 (4 miles) at season-opening Augustana Twilight Meet (9/2/16)...top time on 8,000-meter course was 32:27 at NSIC Championships in Sioux Falls (10/22/16).

High School:  Graduate of Alta-Aurelia High School in Iowa...four year letter winner in track and field, two years in football and one year letter winner in cross country...earned All-Conference honors during senior season in cross country...competed in two sports (football and cross country) at the same time in the fall...was a conference runner up and state qualifier in the 400 meter dash as a senior.
