2010: Earned First Team All-Northern Sun Conference honors with seventh place finish at NSIC Championships in Wayne on 11-6-10 with time of 26:06 on 8,000 meter course...was one spot away from qualifying for NCAA nationals as an individual with 22nd place finish out of 130 runners at NCAA Central Regional in Wayne on 11-20-10 with time of 32:01, three seconds away from final individual qualifying spot...was named NSIC Runner of the Week on 9-21-10 after placing 35th out of 295 runners at UNL Woody Greeno Invite with time of 26:15...placed sixth out of 182 runners with time of 25:34 at Briar Cliff Invite on 10-9-10...selected to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2009: Competed in all six meets for Wayne State this season... had a season best ninth place finish at the USD Open on 09/05/09... followed that up with a personal best 8k time at the Woody Greeno Invite (26:32) two weeks later... placed 13th at the Pre-Regional meet in Wayne on 10/09/09 with a time of 34:38...one of four WSC runners named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2008: Competed in all six meets for the 'Cats during his sophomore season...finished in fifth place with a time of 20:25 at the Northern State Open (6K) on 9-5-08...ran a time of 26:44 for an 11th place finish at the Dakota State Invite on 9-27-08...also finished in the top 30 at the NSIC Championships (29th place) with a time of 27:14.

2007: Competed in every meet for the Wildcats during the season...had a 14th place finish at NSIC Championships on 10-20-07 in Winona, Minnesota with a season-best time of 27:19 (8K)...recorded 19th place finish at Briar Cliff Invitational with a time of 28:24 on 10-6-07...placed 81st at North Central Regionals in the 10K with a time of 34:09 on 11-3-07.

High School: Graduate of Cedar Bluffs High School...was a two-time state champion in track and field as a senior, winning the Class D 3200 meter run (10:05) and the Class D 1600 meter run (4:36)...named Academic All-State in football, wrestling and track and field as a senior and earned Academic All-State honors in football and track as a junior...started four years in track and field and two years in wrestling while lettering two years in football.
