2021:  Competed in five meets...finished 28th at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/24/21) with time of 30:15...ran top time of 28:45 over 8,000 meters at Morningside Invite (9/17/21) to place 32nd overall...had time of 31:16 at NSIC Championships in Wayne (10/23/21)...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2020: Season canceled due to COVID 19.

2019:  Participated in five meets...season-best finish was 41st at the Wildcat Classic (9/27/19) with time of 28:55.9...top 8,000-meter time was 28:55.9 at the Briar Cliff Invite (10/5/19) and ran 10,000-meter time of 35:54.7 at NCAA Division II Central Regional in Joplin, Mo...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2018: Ran in six of seven meets in sophomore season...finished 21st at Wildcat Classic with time of 29:31...top 8,000 meter time was 28:12 at Briar Cliff Invite followed by 28:36 at NSIC Championships in Aberdeen, S.D...selected to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2017: Competed in all six meets as a freshman...ran top time of 30:15 on 8,000 meter course at NSIC Championships (10/21/17)...recorded season best time of 25:22 on 4,000 meter course at Augustana Twilight Meet (9/1/17).

High School:  Graduate of Columbus Scotus Central Catholic High School...four year starter and letter winner in cross country and track and field...helped Shamrocks win four straight Class C district titles and was a two year state qualifier...as a senior, placed 26th overall with time of 18:13 to help Columbus Scotus to third place team finish in Class C...helped Shamrocks to fourth place team finish during junior season.

Personal:  Son of Troy and Deb Hiemer...born November 6, 1998...earned bachelor's degree in computer information systems...now pursuing master's degree in IT management
