2022 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets in sprint events...ran legs on two relay events at the NSIC Outdoor Championships - 4x100 (12th) and 4x400 (13th) relay team while also competing in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash...had a career best time of 12.66 in the 100-meter dash placing second to go with a first place finish in the 200-meter dash posting a 26.69 time at the Wildcat Invite (3/25-26/22)...finished first in the 200-meter dash with a career best time of 25.21 as well as a second place finish in the 4x100 relay and third in the 100-meter dash posting a 12.33 time at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28/22)...named to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2022 Indoor: Competed in seven meets in sprint events...ran legs on two relay events at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/25-26/22) - distance medley relay (11th) and 4x400 relay team (14th)...ran season-best time of 26.23 in 200-meter dash to place fourth at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/19/22)...recorded season-best time of 8.12 seconds in 60-meter dash at SDSU Holiday Open (12/3/21)...placed third in 200-meter dash (26.61) and sixth in 60-meter dash (8.21) at Mount Marty/Lancer Last Chance (2/12/22).
2021 Outdoor: Ran season-best time of 1:04.87 in the 400-meter dash to place seventh at the Wildcat Classic (3/27/21)...top time in 200-meter dash was 27.17 at the South Dakota Tune-Up (5/7/21)...ran leg on 4 x 400 meter relay team at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota (5/15/21).
2021 Indoor: Competed at six meets in sprints...ran career best 8.69 seconds in the 60-meter dash at the WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21)...recorded personal best time of 27.55 seconds in the 200-meter dash at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/20/21)...ran leg on 4x400 relay that placed 13th at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/21)...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

High School: Graduate of OA-BCIG High School in Iowa where she was a four year starter in track and field, two years in bowling and also played volleyball...was a four-time state qualifier in track and field...during senior season, ran leg on Class 2A state champion 4 x 100 meter relay...was a four-year All-Western Valley Conference selection in track and field...also qualified for the Drake Relays two years and competed in AAU Junior Olympics and USATF Junior Olympics...was an honor roll student.
