2022 Outdoor:  Just missed a medal in hammer throw at NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing ninth with mark of 157' 6"...also finished 20th in the discus with mark of 127' 1"...recorded season-best mark of 173' 7" in hammer throw to place fourth at Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28/22)...finished 10th in hammer throw at UNK Loper Invitte (4/15/22) at 160' 9"...received NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic With Distinction Award and earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2022 Indoor:  Competed in weight throw at every indoor meet...posted season-best mark of 50' 9 1/2" at Mount Marty/Lancer Last Chance Invite on 2/12/22 to place fifth...was sixth at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/19/22) with throw of 50' 5 1/4"...finished 18th at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/25/22) with mark of 47' 10 1/2"...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2021 Outdoor:  Earned All-NSIC honors with third place finish in hammer throw, a personal-best mark of 181' 5", at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota...also had third place mark in hammer throw at USD Twilight Meet (4/22/21) with throw of 171' 2"...had 17th place finish in discus at NSIC Championships with top throw of 123' 5"...placed season-best seventh in discus (128' 9") at Central Nebraska UNK Challenge (4/3/21)...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence Award.

2021 Indoor: Participated at six meets in the weight throw...finished 11th in the weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/21) with mark of 52' 9 1/4"...placed season-best fourth at Northwest Missouri State Invite (1/30/21) at 51' 9 1/4"...threw season-best 52' 9 1/2" at USD Dakota Realty Meet (1/23/21)...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence Honors.

2020 Indoor: Redshirted.

2019 Outdoor: Recorded season-best throw of 161' 9'' to place fourth in hammer throw at Mount Marty invite 4/24/19...placed eighth in discus at Nebraska Invite with season-best mark of 137' 7''...was seventh in the discus (121' 1'') and hammer throw (147' 0'') at the Ft. Hays State Classic (3/28/19)...finished 12th in the hammer throw (152' 8'') and 13th in the discus (132' 7'') at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10-11/19).

2019 Indoor: Competed at eight meets...recorded season-best mark of 55' 10 1/2'' in weight throw to place sixth at USD Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (2/2/19)...top indoor mark in sho put was 36' 5 1/2'' at USD Dakota Realty Alumni Meet...placed 14th in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23/19) with mark of 51' 8 1/4''.

High School: Graduate of North Butler High School in Iowa...was a five year starter in softball, four years in track and field and basketball and three year starter in volleyball...was a state qualifier during senior season in shot put (10th/36' 2 3/4") and discus (12th/112' 7")...as a junior was the Iowa Class 1A State Champion in the discus (123' 6") and runner up in shot put (40' 4 1/2")...was also a state shot put qualifier as a sophomore...earned All Top of Iowa Conference East selection is softball, MVP and All-Conference in basketball and Second Team All-Conference in volleyball.

Personal:  Daughter of John and Susan Heeren...born September 13, 1999...majoring in pre-occupational therapy.
