2022 Outdoor: Placed sixth in the shot put at NSIC Track and Field Championships with mark of 43' 4 1/4"...also took 10th in the hammer throw (149' 3") and 18th in discus (129' 11") at NSIC Meet...threw career-best 45' 5 3/4" in shot put to finish seventh at South Dakota Twilight Meet (5/6/22)...posted career-best toss of 162' 7" in the hammer throw at Loper Invite (4/15/22) to finish eighth...finished third in shot put (44' 11") and threw season-best mark of 149' 10" in discus to place fourth at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/26/22)...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
2022 Indoor: Competed in six meets...placed sixth in the shot put with a distance of 43' 11 3/4" and 11th in the weight throw with a toss of 50' 9 1/2" at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/25-26/22)...finished third in the weight throw posting a 53' 5 3/4" distance and fifth in the shot put with a 42' 10 1/4" distance at the SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22)...was fourth in shot put with a distance of 43' 5" and also fourth in the weight throw with a distance of 51' 1 3/4" at the Lancer Last Chance (2/12/22)...had a career-best 53' 9 1/4" weight throw at the USD Alumni Track & Field Meet (2/5/22)...named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence for a second straight year.
2021 Outdoor: Finished seventh in the shot put at NSIC Outdoor Championships with season-best mark of 44' 7 1/2"...placed second in discus at WSC Challenge (5/1/21) with season-best throw of 154' 10" and had season-best mark of 154' 5" in hammer throw at same meet...was fifth in the discus (136' 8") and seventh in shot put (41' 10 3/4") at the Central Nebraska UNK Challenge (4/3/21)...earned sixth place finish in discus at Drake Relays (4/23/21) with mark of 142' 3".
2021 Indoor: Recorded season-best mark of 49' 9 1/4" in the weight throw at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/20/21)...placed fifth in weight throw (48' 7 1/2") and third in the shot put (40' 1 1/4") at the Bison Open (2/5/21)...finished seventh in weight throw at Herschel Neil/Northwest Missouri State Invite (1/30/21) at 48' 4"...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
2020 Indoor: Competed at seven events in the shot put and weight throw...threw season-best mark of 44' 2 3/4" in the weight throw at Minnesota State Open (2/1/20)...posted season-best marks of 40' 9 3/4" in the shot put at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/28/20) and at the USD Dakota Realty Meet on 2/8/20.
High School: Graduate of West Point-Beemer High School...four year starter in track and field, three years in volleyball, two year starter in basketball...during senior season, placed fourth in Class B shot put (41' 4 3/4") and fifth in the discus (130' 10")...as a junior, was third in Class B discus (131' 10") and eighth in shot put (39' 3 3/4")...placed eighth in Class B discus at 121' 8"...earned All-State honorable mention in volleyball and named NCPA Academic All-State...averaged 2.1 kills per set.
