2021 Indoor: Earned All-American honors with second place finish at NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3/11/21) with mark of 66' 1 1/2"...was repeat champion in the NSIC weight throw (2/27/21) with new school record mark of 67' 9 3/4", the #1 throw in NCAA Division II during regular season...also finished fifth in the shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships with mark of 45' 1 1/2"...named NSIC Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Year and USTFCCCA Central Region Women's Field Athlete of the Year...named NSIC Women's Field Athlete of the Week on 2/15/21 after winning weight throw at Ichabod Invite with NCAA automatic qualifying mark of 65' 2 1/4"...took first place in the shot put (45' 6 1/2") and weight throw (60' 7 3/4") at the Herschel Neil/Northwest Missouri State Invite (1/30/21).
2020 Indoor: Earned All-NSIC honors in two events at NSIC Indoor Championships...was the NSIC Champion in the weight throw with season best mark of 63' 0" and was third place in the shot put at 46:11.5...was an NCAA indoor national qualifier in the weight throw...finished fifth or better in both events at every meet during indoor season...earned first place finishes in the weight throw at USD Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (2/8/20) and SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/20)...had career best throw of 47' 1/4" in the shot put to place second at USD Dakota Realty Meet...placed third among strong Div. 2019 Outdoor: Was an NCAA Division II All-American following seventh-place finish in hammer throw at NCAA Outdoor Championships in Texas, recording season-best mark of 182' 10''...named NSIC Women's Field Outdoor Athete of the Week on April 1 after winning hammer throw (173' 8'') and taking second in the shot put (45' 10'') at Ft. Hays State Classic (3/28/19)...won the hammer throw with NCAA provisional mark of 182' 8'' at Mount Marty Invite (4/24/19)...finished 13th in the shot put (41'2 1/2'') and 14th in the hammer throw (150' 1'') at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10-11/19).
2019 Indoor: Earned All-NSIC Honors with second-place finish in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships (58' 10 1/4'')...was an NCAA national indoor qualifier in the weight throw and finished 15th with mark of 58' 6''...named NSIC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week after recording NCAA provisional mark of 58' 3'' in the weight throw at SDSU Holiday Invite (11/30/18)...threw season-best 60' 2 1/2'' in weight throw to place third at USD Dakota Realy Alumni Meet (2/219)...won the shot put with season-best mark of 44' 4'' at Ward Haylett Invite 1/12/19).
