2024 Outdoor: Part of new school record distance medley relay team that ran 12:27.34 at Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa (4/27/24) to place seventh overall...recorded career-best time of 2:22.14 in the 800-meter run to finish sixth at South Dakota Invite (5/3/24)...posted career-best time of 5:00.10 in the 1,500-meter run to finish seventh at South Dakota Challenge (4/13/24)...ran time of 2:25.56 in 800-meter run at NSIC Outdoor Championships to place 18th overall...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2022 Outdoor: Ran season-best time of 2:24.60 in 800-meter run to place eighth at Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28/22)...was seventh in 800-meter run at Sioux City Relays (4/9/22) with time of 2:27.15...finished 28th in 800-meter run at NSIC Track and Field Championships (5/13/22) in Aberdeen at 2:28.00 and ran leg ono 13th place 4 x 400 meter relay team with time of 4:12.36.
2022 Indoor: Competed in six events..ran leg on 11th place distance medley relay at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/25-26/22) with a collective time of 12:56.64...finished third in the 1000-meter run with a career-best time of 3:09.53 at the SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22)...was third in the 1000-meter run posting a 3:15.32 time and third in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:23.23 at the Lancer Last Chance (2/12/22)...had a career-best time in the one mile run with a 5:43.34 time at the USD Alumni Track & Field Meet (2/5/22).

2021 Indoor: Competed at five meets in distance events...ran season-best time of 5:43.78 in the one-mile run at the USD Dakota Realty Meet (1/23/21)...placed fifth in one-mile run at WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21) with time of 6:06.71 and was sixth at Herschel Neil/Northwest Missouri State Invite (1/30/21) with time of 5:50.07.
