2022 Outdoor: Ran season-best time of 50.58 in the 400-meter dash at South Dakota Twilight Meet (5/6/22)...placed second in 400-meter dash at Prairie Wolf Invite in Lincoln (4/28/22) in 51.35 seconds...posted wind-aided season best times of 11.39 in the 100-meter dash and 22.83 in the 200-meter dash at the South Dakota Challenge (4/23/22).
2022 Indoor: Competed in five meets...ran leg on fifth place 4x400 relay team at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/25-26/22) with a team season-best time of 3:25.74...finished ninth in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.36 and 14th in the 200-meter dash (23.28) at the SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22)...had an eighth place finish in the 60-meter dash with a season-best time of 7.27 at the SDSU Holiday Open & Multi (12/3/21).
2021 Outdoor: Ran legs on two relay teams at NSIC Outdoor Championships - fifth place 4 x 100 meter relay (42.32) and seventh place 4 x 400 meter relay team (3:21.04)...ran season-best times of 11.41 in the 100-meter dash and 22.59 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the South Dakota Tune Up (5/7/21)...ran wind-aided time of 11.07 in the 100-meter dash to place second at the WSC Challenge (5/1/21)...took second in the 100-meter dash (11.59) and 200-meter dash (23.29) at the season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/27/21).
2021 Indoor: Competed at seven meets in sprint events...recorded season-best times of 7.20 seconds in the 60-meter dash and 22.68 seconds in 200-meter dash (eighth place) at the SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/20/21)...had season-best time of 50.69 in the 400-meter dash at Ichabod/Washburn Invite (2/13/21)...posted season-best fifth place finish in the 60-meter dash (7.24) at WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21) and was sixth in the 400-meter dash at USD Dakota Realty Meet (1/23/21).
High School: Graduate of Allen High School...was multi-sport standout in football, basketball and track and field for the Eagles...earned four medals at Class D State Track Meet during junior season placing third in 200-meter dash (22.84) and eighth in 100-meter dash (11.58) while also running legs on the second place 1600-meter relay and fourth place 400-meter relay teams...also medaled in two events (1600 and 3200 meter relays) as a sophomore...also excelled in basketball where he earned All Lewis and Clark Conference honors and was honorable mention in football as a senior.
