2022 Outdoor: 
Competed in seven meets in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...qualified for the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships placing 18th with a career best time of 11:04.99...had a season best finish of third in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a 11:27.21 time at the Wildcat Invite (3/26/22)...placed sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a 11:26.83 finish at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28/22)...earned NSIC Spring All-Academic Team honors.

2022 Indoor:  Qualified for the NSIC Indoor Championships in the 600-meter run and placed 24th at 1:34.56...ran season-best time of 1:34.25 in 600-meter run to finish 12th at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/19/22)...placed fifth in 600-meter run at Lancer Lastt Chance (2/12/22) in 1:35.79...earned NSIC Winter All-Academic Team honors.

2021 Outdoor:  Placed eighth in 800-meter run at WSC Challenge (5/1/21) with time of 2:07.01...season-best time in 800-meter run was 2:04.21 at South Dakota Tune Up Meet (5/7/21)...ran 3,000-meter steeplechase at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/27/21) and was sixth at 11:23.10...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence Award.

2021 Indoor: Participated in middle distance events at six meets...placed a season best sixth in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:34.23 at WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21)...was seventh in the 1000-meter run (2:41.56) at the SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/20/21)...ran a season best 2:06.25 at Herschel Neil/Northwest Missouri State (1/30/21)...finished 15th in the 100-meter run (2:41.56) at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/26/21)...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2020 Outdoor:  Earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2020 Indoor:  Ran leg on distance medley relay team that placed 10th (10:44.91) at NSIC Indoor Championships...had season-best time of 2:03.23 in the 800-meter run to place 11th at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/20)...finished 10th in 1,000-meter run with time of 2:43.37 at Minnesota State Open (2/1/20)...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2019 Outdoor: Posted personal-best time of 1:59.61 in the 800-meter run to place 11th at Nebraska Invite (5/4/19)...was sixth in 800-meter un at Mount Marty Invite (4/24/19) with time of 2:00.21...was 23rd in the 800-meter run at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/19) with time of 2:01.02.

2019 Indoor: Competed in six meets during indoor season...ran season-best time of 2:40.26 in the 1,000-meter run to place sixth at Concordia Invite (2/8/19)...recorded personal best time of 4:52.57 in mile run at Ward Haylett Invite (1/12/19)...finished 18th in the 1,000-meter run at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/22/19) with time of 2:43.63.

2018 Outdoor:  Competed in five meets during outdoor season...recorded season-best time of 2:05.68 in the 800-meter run at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/25/18)...had top time of 4:32.39 in the 1,500-meter run at Wildcat Classic (3/22/18).

2018 Indoor: Ran in three meets in middle distance events...ran season best time of 2:09.43 in the 800-meter run to place 15th at the Doane Classic (2/3/18)...top time in the 600-meter dash was 1:30.93 at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/10/18).

High School:  Graduate of Columbus Scotus Central Catholic High School...four year starter and letter winner in cross country and track and field...helped Shamrocks win four straight Class C district titles and was a two year state qualifier...as a senior, placed 26th overall with time of 18:13 to help Columbus Scotus to third place team finish in Class C...helped Shamrocks to fourth place team finish during junior season.
