2022:  Competed in six meets during season...placed 25th at Wildcat Classic (9/23/22) with time of 22:24 on 5,000-meter course...was 72nd at Mount Marty/Lancer Invite (10/22/22) at 21:28.1...ran season-best time of 21:27.1 at Dordt Defender Classic (10/8/22)...recorded time of 28:14.8 on 6,000-meter course at NSIC Championships in Wayne (11/5/22).

High School:  Graduate of Brady High School...four year letter winner in cross country, three in basketball and two in track and field...was a three-time Class D state cross country qualifier, placing 41st as a senior with time of 22:34...helped team to conference runner up finish in cross country as a senior...excels in the classroom with NCPA Academic All-State honors in cross country three seasons.
