Biography

2010-11:  Named Second Team All-Northern Sun Conference as a senior after averaging 9.9 points and 8.0 rebounds per game while starting all 30 games at forward...had three double-doubles on the season and recorded 10 or more rebounds in 12 games during the season...had career-high 24 points vs. Concordia-St. Paul on 1/3/11 and grabbed career-high 14 rebounds twice, at Colorado Christian on 11/19/10 and at Bemidji State on 1/9/11...ranked fourth in the NSIC in rebounds per game (8.0) and was seventh in the league in offensive rebounds per game at 2.47...also ranked 14th in the NSIC in minutes played per game (30.57)...shot 43 percent from the field (104-242), 30.5 percent from the three point line (18-59) and 81.4 percent (70-86) at the free throw stripe...was a repeat selection to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team, one of seven WSC women's basketball players to receive the honor.

2009-10: Started all 31 games at forward during junior season, averaging 7.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game...ranked fourth on the team in scoring, third in rebounding and third in assists (64)...reached double figures in 12 games with two double-doubles during the season...had 11 points and 11 rebounds vs. York College (11-24-09) and had a career high 17 points with 10 rebounds at Winona State (1-15-10)...ranked second on the team in free throw percentage at 85.9 percent making 61 of 71 attempts...shot 44.5 percent (85-191) from the field and 33.3 percent (13-39) from the three point line...named to the NSIC Winter All Academic Team.

2008-09: Appeared in all 28 games as a backup forward for the Wildcats as a sophomore, averaging a career-best 4.2 points and 4.6 rebounds per game...scored career-high 15 points to go with seven rebounds in 88-76 win at Mary on 12-6-08...grabbed career-high 12 rebounds in 68-66 win at then #17 MSU Moorhead on 1-10-09...shot 42.7 percent (47-110) from the field, 46.2 percent (6-13) from the three point line and 81.8 percent (18-22) at the free throw stripe.

2007-08: Played in 10 games as a backup guard during freshman season for the Wildcats, averaging 2.0 points, 1.0 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game...scored season-high six points in 19 minutes of playing time vs. Mount Mercy College on 12-15-07...grabbed season-high four rebounds and handed out two assists vs. Minnesota, Crookston on 1-26-08...shot 3 of 15 (20%) from the field and 14 of 19 (73.7%) at the free throw line.

High School: Fischbach was a multi-sport standout at Northwestern High School in Mellette, South Dakota...started at least three years in volleyball, basketball and track and field...In basketball, selected Class B Third Team All-State after averaging 20.2 points, 8.6 rebounds, 3.6 steals and 2.6 assists per game as a senior...during junior season, averaged 13.4 points, 6.1 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 3.8 steals per game...named winner of the South Dakota Wendy's Heisman Award...played in the Spalding World Youth Basketball Tournament and was a member of the South Dakota All-Star Club Team...helped Northwestern HS win four straight Class B State Volleyball titles from 2003-06...as a junior in track and field, placed second in the Class B 1600 meter run.
