2011-12: Named WBCA/State Farm First Team All-American, Daktronics First Team All-American, Most Valuable Player of the Central Region Tournament averaging 16.7 points, 9.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game, NSIC Player of the Year (second straight season), NSIC All-Conference First Team (third straight season), Women's Divisin II Bulletin Player of the Month for February, Daktronics Central Region Player of the Year (2nd straight season) and NSIC All-Tournament Team in the 2011-12 season...averaged 14.0 points, 11.7 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game in the NSIC tournament...has started all 35 games for Wayne State during senior season while averaging 18.1 points per game, 9.4 rebounds per game and 2.0 assists per game...ranks first on the team in points (634), rebounds (328), field goals made (211), free throws made (174) and free throws attempted (218), ranks second in steals (53) and blocks (58)...leads the NSIC in scoring with 18.1 points per game, ranks second in rebounding (9.4) and defensive rebounds (7.52), fourth in field goal percentage (49.1%), sixth in blocked shots (1.55), 12th in free throw percentage (78.7%), 13th in steals (1.61) and 25th in minutes played (28.48)...recorded a career-high in points with 38 at MSU Moorhead on February 25th...snared a season-high 16 rebounds at Winona State on January 20th...made a career-high 16 free throws at MSU Moorhead on February 25th. 

2010-11: Became Wayne State's first-ever All-American selection after leading Wayne State in scoring (16.4) and rebounding (8.6) during junior season...was selected WBCA/State Farm Coaches' First Team All-American and Daktronics Second Team All-American...named Daktronics Central Region Player of the Year and Northern Sun Conference Player of the Year while earning First Team All-NSIC honors...scored in double figures in 26 of 30 games during the season...named NSIC Player of the Week on January 10th after recording 26 points with career-high 17 rebounds at Minnesota Duluth followed by 24 points and seven rebounds at Bemidji State on January 8-9...also had 26 points and 12 rebounds at Minnesota State on December 3rd...tied for third in the NSIC in scoring, ranked second in rebounding and eighth in blocked shots per game (1.10)...became the 15th player in school history to score 1,000 points, accomplishing the feat in just two seasons...shot 42.7 percent (163-382) from the field, 30.2 percent (38-126) from the three point line and 78.4 percent (127-162) at the free throw line.

2009-10: Earned First-Team All NSIC and Daktronics All Central Region honors leading the Wildcats to the NSIC Tournament Championship, averaging 19.3 points and 7.6 rebounds per game...led WSC in scoring and was second in rebounding...ranked second in the NSIC in scoring, eighth in rebounding, 11th in field goal percentage (.483), sixth in blocked shots (1.06) and 10th in steals (1.74)...named to the NSIC All Tournament team after scoring tournament record 73 points in three games...had 10 double-doubles on the season and scored in double figures in 29 of 31 games...had season high 33 points with 11 rebounds at Bemidji State (1-3-10)...in back to back games had 31 and 32 points at Concordia-St. Paul (1-30-10) and vs. Augustana (2-6-10)...shot 48.3 percent (205-424) from the floor, 37.8 percent (51-135) from the three point line and 73.8 percent (138-187) from the free throw stripe.

Before WSC: Transfer from NCAA Division I Iowa State... averaged 3.5 points and 3.1 rebounds per game for the Cyclones as a true freshman appearing in 34 of 36 games for team that reached the Elite Eight in NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament in 2008-09...scored double figures in five games with a career-high 14 points and five rebounds vs. North Dakota...had 12 points and nine rebounds in her collegiate debut vs. Missouri-Kansas City.

High School: Arlen is a 2008 graduate of Cascade High School in Cascade, Iowa...earned Iowa Class 2A First Team All-State honors as a senior averaging 17 points and 8.9 rebounds per game...Arlen finished her high school career as Cascade’s all-time leader in points (1,542), rebounds (907) and blocked shots (143)...was named the Dubuque Telegraph Herald Player of the Year as a junior and senior and earned All-District, All-Region and Tri-Rivers All-Conference First Team honors three seasons...was an honorable mention All-State volleyball player as a senior and qualified for the state track meet in the high jump in 2006 and 2008.

Personal: Daughter of Russel and Karen Arlen...born on April 10, 1990...majoring in speech communications at WSC...was AAU teammate in high school with current Wildcat player Clare Duwelius.
