2008: Named to the NSIC South Division All-Conference First Team Defense after recording 47 tackles with seven sacks and nine tackles for loss during senior season...ranked fifth in the NSIC in sacks with seven...also had five quarterback hurries, three fumble recoveries, two forced fumbles and one interception for 36 yards...had season-high six tackles at Nebraska-Kearney on 8-30-08 and at Chadron State in NCAA playoff game on 11-15-08...had five solo tackles, one interception for 36 return yards, two quarterback hurries and two sacks vs. Winona State on 10-18-08.
2007: Played in all 12 games as a junior and started nine...Named NSIC Defensive Newcomer of the Year and to NSIC All-Conference Second Team Defense after recording 62 tackles, 7.5 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one interception and six passes broken up...Registered two sacks in a game twice on the season, first on 9-15-07 at Upper Iowa and again on 10-6-07 at Northern State...Most dominant performance of the season came at Bemidji State on 10-13-07 where he had nine tackles, 1/2 sack, 1.5 tackles for loss of 11 yards and one fumble forced.
Transferred to Wayne State after playing two seasons at Scottsdale Community College in Arizona...will have two years of eligibility with Wayne State College
Before WSC: Davis recorded 40 tackles with two sacks, three forced fumbles and five tackles for loss at Scottsdale Community College in 2006...had school-record 80 yard fumble recovery for touchdown and named captain of defensive line...helped team to a 6-4 record and #18 national junior college ranking at the end of the season.
High School: Davis was a three-year starter and letter winner in football at Tempe High School in Arizona...also started two seasons in basketball and one in baseball...had 18 rebounds in one game and averaged 11 rebounds per game as a senior.
