Biography

2011: Appeared in seven games for the Wildcats during the season...completed 69 of the 124 passes he attempted for 913 yards, five touchdowns and four interceptions...rushed 26 times for 18 yards and one score...had a season-high 220 passing yards on 15 completions on 9/10/11 at Minnesota, Crookston...was named Egg Bowl MVP on 11/12/11 vs. Winona State attempting 15 passes with 10 completions, 151 yards, two touchdowns and one interception...averaged 130.4 passing yards per game...selected to the 2011 NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2010: Appeared in all 11 games in the 2010 season with eight starts at quarterback...completed 134 of 234 passes for 1,640 yards with nine touchdowns and five interceptions...rushed for 379 yards on 153 carries and eight touchdowns...Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska NCAA Division II Honorable Mention...named NSIC Offensive Player of the Week on 10-11-10 after his play over the University of Mary where he completed 29 of 38 passes for 387 yards and four touchdowns...Rushed for three touchdowns against Northern State in his first career start on 9-25-10.

2009: Appeared in two games as a backup quarterback for the Wildcats, playing at MSU Moorhead (9-5-09) and vs. St. Cloud State (9-12-09)...had one rush for no yards at MSU Moorhead. 

2008:
Sat out season as a redshirt.

High School: Graduate of Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, Arizona...lettered and started for two years on the varsity football team and also started for one year in baseball...named varsity captain in his junior and senior years...was named Second Team All-Region in his junior year while throwing for 1,220 yards and 12 touchdowns and running for 506 yards and two touchdowns...was a nominee for the All-Star Game during his senior year...earned All-State Honorable Mention as well as First Team All-Region honors as a senior while throwing for 1,801 yards and 12 touchdowns and running for 640 yards and 12 rushing touchdowns...holds the school record for most passing yards in school history...also holds the school record for passing yards in a season with 1,801 during his senior year...led Pinnacle High School to its first ever playoff game victory as well as the best overall record in school history at 9-3 in his senior year.
