2012: Led the team in pitching appearnances with 20 during junior season...as Wayne State primary relief pitcher, he was the team leader in saves (3) while striking out 31 batters and walking 14 in 33.2 innings of work...recorded a 4-2 record on the season with an ERA of 3.48 while surrendering 28 hits and 14 runs (13 earned)...notched five strikeouts in 2.2 innings of work while only allowing three hits and one run (one earned) to get his first win of the season at Minnesota Duluth on 4-7-12...was credited with first two saves of the season on 4-18-12 in a double header with Upper Iowa when he struck out 3 batters in 2.1 innings pitched between the two games.

2011: Had a stellar season as one of Wayne State's top relievers, posting a 3-0 record in 12 appearances with a 4.68 ERA...tied for second on the team in appearances with 12, pitching 32 2/3 innings...pitched a season high 5 1/3 innnings of two hit relief in a 5-4 win at Mary on 4-9-11...had 27 strikeouts and walked just six batters...made one start, throwing 4 1/3 innnings with season high five strikeouts in 8-5 win at Upper Iowa on 4-21-11...earned first collegiate win on 4-6-11 vs. Augustana throwing 3 1/3 innings of relief in 7-6 win over the Vikings...was one of 10 Wildcats named to the NSIC spring All-Academic Team.

2010: Appeared in 15 games with 10 starts as a true freshman at third base...hit .111 going 4 for 36 at the plate with three RBI's and four runs scored...was 1 for 3 with a two-run triple in 6-1 win over Upper Iowa at Metrodome on 2-18-10...had RBI double at Southern Indiana on 3-7-10...scored two runs on two walks vs. Minnesota, Crookston on 5-1-10.

High School: Barth was a Third Team All-State selection as a senior...earned First Team All-District and All-Conference honors three seasons... also excelled in football at East High School, earning First Team All-Metro honors as a junior.

Personal: Son of Jerry and Donna Barth...born on November 14, 1990...pre-chiropractic major at WSC.
