Biography

2012: Sat out season with medical redshirt.

2011: Had standout freshman season with Wildcats, hitting .323 in 31 games with 29 starts (all in center field)...had four doubles and 17 RBI's with six multi-hit games...seven game hit streak from March 6-19 tied for second longest on the team...had four games with three hits highlighted by 3 for 4 effort with three RBI's at Minnesota Crookston on 5-3-11...was 3 for 3 with season high four runs scored vs. Wisconsin Parkside on 3-6-11, earning him NSIC Player of the Week honors...had two of his four doubles during the season vs. Illinois Springfield on 3-11-11...was named WSC Freshman Male Athlete of the Year at WSC Athletic Honors Banquet on 5-2-11.

2010: Redshirted.

High School: Farrar was a four-year starter and letter winner in baseball and helped Grand Island win the Class A State Baseball title in 2008...hit .370 with an on-base percentage of .590 to earn Second Team Class A All-State honors in 2008...lettered three years in football and started two seasons.

Personal: Son of David and Sara Farrar...born on August 24, 1990...majoring in criminal justice.
