Biography

2024:  Played in 50 games with 49 starts in the outfield, batting .329 with a team-high 17 doubles, four home runs and 39 RBI...had 15 multi-hit games and had the second-longest reached base safely streak at 16 games and tied for team lead with 33 walks...named to the NSIC All-Tournament Team after going 8 for 18 at the plate with three doubles, one homer and five RBI with six runs scored...was 4 for 5 with a double, homer, four RBI and four runs scored in 19-8 NSIC Tournament win over Concordia-St. Paul...had 4 for 5 game vs. #16 Augustana (4/17/24) with two doubles, home run and three RBI...was 3 for 3 with two doubles, two RBI and three runs scored vs. Minot State (3/30/24)...had back-to-back three games vs. Northern State (4/27/24) and at Minnesota State (4/30/24)...earned NSIC Spring All-Academic Team honors.

2023:  Named All-NSIC Second Team and NCBWA All-Central Region honorable mention...led team with .359 batting average, recording 11 home runs with 55 RBIs and team-high 66 hits...scored 46 runs, had 13 doubles and three triples and tied for second on team with 26 walks...hit safely in 28 of last 29 games, ending year with 10-game hit streak to go with season-high 18 game hit streak...named NSIC Player of the Week April 10th and NCBWA Central Region and National Player of the Week April 12th after batting .632 (12 for 19) with 13 runs scored, 13 RBIs, three doubles, two triples and two home runs...had five RBI going 3 for 5 with a double in 22-2 win over Minnesota Duluth (4/4/23)...was 4 for 4 with two doubles, a homer, four RBI and three runs scored in 16-6 win vs. Bemidji State (4/8/23)...went 5 for 8 with eight RBI, two homers, one double and four runs scored in doubleheader sweep at St. Cloud State (5/5/23)...had a double, triple and home run, going 3 for 5 with two walks, two RBI and three runs scored vs. Grand Valley State (3/12/23)...named NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence and voted to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

2022:  Appeared and started 45 games - 44 in left field and one as the designated hitter...finished the season batting .333 (second on the team) with 40 runs (first on the team), 24 RBI, 11 doubles (fourth on the team), four home runs (tied for fourth on the team), two triples, .500 slugging percentage (third on the team), 23 walks/hit by pitch, .410 on base percentage (first on the team) and 4-5 on stolen bases...recorded a team high 17 multi-hit games, six multi-RBI games, seven game hit streak during the season (4/2-4/15) and ended the season with a six game hitting streak and had a 13 game reached base streak (3/2-3/26)...went 4 for 4 with a triple, RBI, two runs and two walks at Minnesota Duluth (4/12/22)...was 3 for 5 with a home run, season high four runs, two RBI and a walk at William Jewell (3/2/22)...had a 2 for 3 game with a walk-off two run home run at Minnesota Crookston (4/10/22)...recorded a base hit in 30 of 45 games and reached base in 36 of 45 games.

Before Wayne State:  Played two years at Northeast Community College in Norfolk...collected NJCAA Division II Third Team All-American honors in 2021 as a sophomore for the Hawks, batting .391 with 13 home runs, 56 RBI and 16 stolen bases...ranked eighth in the NJCAA national rankings in home runs in 2021 helping the Hawks to a 37-24 record...also earned First Team All-Conference honors and was an Academic All-Region selection.

High School:  Graduate of Platteview High School...started three years in baseball...earend All-Nebraska Capital Conference honors during senior season with four homers and .350 average...played on Class B State American Legion championship team as a senior with 38-8 record in 2018...was an Academic All-State selection all four years in high school.

Personal:  Son of Bill and Kim Lynam...born January 4, 2000...majoring in education.
