Biography

2025:  Led team with 19 appearances (all in relief), going 1-1 with 7.89 ERA...pitched 21.2 innings and gave up 28 hits and 19 earned runs with 12 walks and nine strikeouts...struck out two batters vs. Bemidji State (3/14/25) to earn win...worked season-high 2 1/3 innings at Northern State (4/26/25), allowing no runs on two hits in 6-3 11 inning win...struck out two of three batters in perfect inning of relief vs. Ohio Dominican (3/11/25)...had perfect inning of relief in 5-4 win over Sioux Falls (4/23/25)...fired two innings of scoreless relief vs. Concordia-St. Paul (4/13/25), giving up just one hit with one strikeout...became all-time appearances leader at WSC with relief outing vs. Winona State (5/2/25)...ends WSC career with 67 appearances...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors. 

2024:  Posted 2-1 record in 18 appearances and one start with 5.08 ERA and one combined shutout...tied for second on the team in appearances, pitching 28.1 innings allowing 32 hits and 18 runs (16 earned) with 16 strikeouts and 12 walks...struck out season-best five batters in three innings of hitless relief vs. #16 Augustana (4/17/24)...earned win vs. Bemidji State (2/11/24) working three innings of relief with three strikeouts in 12-9 win...threw three innings of scoreless relief in 11-3 win at Minnesota Duluth (4/6/24)...pitched two innings of hitless relief for combined 12-0 shutout win vs. Bemidji State (2/9/24)...fired 1 2/3 innings of relief to get win vs. Minot State (3/29/24)...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence and College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors for second straight season.

2023:  Ranked fourth on the team in appearances with 15 including three starts...had 2-2 record with 7.94 earned run average...pitched 28.1 innings and allowed 42 hits and 26 runs (25 earned) with 19 strikeouts and 11 walks...in first career start pitched five innings allowing just two hits and one run in 9-1 victory over Winona State (4/18/23)...pitched 2 2/3 innings of relief allowing just one run to earn win vs. Upper Iowa (12-5) on 4/14/23...struck out four batters in three innings of relief vs. Minnesota Crookston in NSIC Tournament game (5/11/23)...matched season-high with five innings of work in start vs. Minnesota State (5/2/23)...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors and named College Sports Communicators Academic All-District.

2022:  Appeared in 15 games out of the bullpen for the Wildcats...finished the season 0-1 with one save and a 7.50 ERA in 30.0 innings collecting 26 strikeouts...the 15 appearances tied for second on the team...picked up the save with 3 1/3 innings of relief giving up four runs and collecting season high five strikeouts vs. Northern State (3/11/22)...tossed a scoreless frame with three strikeouts vs. Southwest Minnesota State (3/20/22)...went 3 2/3 innings of relief giving up three hits, one walk and two strikeouts at Sioux Falls (4/23/22)...had six scoreless appearances out of his 15 total.

High School: Graduate of Wayne High School...was a three year starter in baseball and also lettered in basketball for the Blue Devils...helped Wayne to 13-8 record as a senior and Class B-1 District runner-up finish...was a Class B All-State honorable mention selection as a freshman, sophomore and senior and ranked seventh in Class B in strikeouts as a sophomore (42) and fifth as a freshman with 43…helped Wayne with the 2018 Class B Junior Legion State title in the summer and has posted an impressive 17-0 record with a 0.708 ERA the last two summers for Wayne Legion Post 43…excels in the classroom earning Academic All-State accolades in baseball.
