2015:  Was top hitter for the Wildcats while also making eight pitching appearances and five starts as a mid-week starter...had a .407 batting average with seven home runs and 24 RBI at the plate, highlighted by a 16-game hit streak from March 29-April 22...tied for third on the team with 14 multi-hit games and was second in multi-RBI contests with eight...hit two home runs, going 3 for 4 with two RBI in a 4-3 12 inning loss at St. Cloud State...was 4 for 4 with a homer and two RBI in 9-3 win at Southwest Minnesota State (5/1/15)...went 3 for 5 with a homer and season-high four RBI in 12-7 win vs. Northern State (3/29/15)...on the mound, was 1-2 with a 4.08 ERA...struck out season-high seven batters in five innings of work in 10-0 win at Sioux Falls (4/22/15)...had five strikeouts in five innings of work in no-decision at Winona State (4/8/15).

2014: Made 13 appearances with nine starts, going 2-4 with a 4.1 ERA...ranked second on the team in strikeouts with 55 in 48 innings of work...charged with 56 hits and 27 runs (23 earned) with just 12 walks...was named NSIC pitcher of the week on 5/5/14 after striking out 10 batters in six scoreless innings at Upper Iowa (4/30/14)...also had 10 strike outs while allowing just two hits over seven innings in a no decision at Winona State (4/15/14)...had eight strike outs in just five innings of work in hard luck 2-1 loss at Bemidji State (4/10/14).

Before Wayne State: Roberts transfers to Wayne State from Iowa Western Community College where he was part of a team that won the JUCO World Series...threw 16.1 innings in 11 appearances going 2-1 with 16 strikeouts and a 1.10 ERA.

High School: Graduate of Merrill High School where he was named First Team All-Conference Infield, Second Team All-Conference Pitcher and AAA Legion Pitcher of the Year...he was part of two Legion State Championship teams.
