High School:  Graduate of Wayne High School...letter winner in basketball and baseball for the Blue Devils...helped Wayne reach Class C state tournament during junior and senior seasons, hitting .329 with 25 hits and 25 runs scored with one homer and six RBI...recorded nine RBI as a junior when Wayne placed third at the 2023 Class C State Baseball Tournament...had .326 batting average as a sophomore (2022) with three triples and 14 RBI.

Personal:  Son of Kari Moormeier and Jason Sears...born April 20, 2006...majoring in pre-physical therapy.
