Biography

2020:  Played in five games, two as a relief pitcher and three as a pinch runner/hitter...pitched 1 2/3 innings and allowed four runs (two earned) on five hits with three strikeouts, going 0-0 with 10.80 ERA...worked one inning at Newman (Kan.) on 2/21/20, striking out two batters while allowing two hits and one run...made pinch-hit appearance vs. Northern State on 3/10/20.

2019: Saw action in 12 games as relief pitcher, going 0-1 with a 9.75 ERA...pitched 12 innings and allowed 18 hits and 13 runs with eight strikeouts and 11 walks...worked one inning of scoreless relief in 6-0 win vs. Bemidji State (3/22/19)...pitched season high two innings of relief vs. Minnesota Crookston (3/18/19)...struck out three batters in one inning of relief at Winona State (4/16/19).

2018: Sat out season as a medical redshirt.

2017: Appeared in three games as a relief pitcher and four games as a pinch runner...was 1-0 with 15.43 ERA and scored two runs as a pinch runner with one stolen base...worked one inning of scoreless relief with one strikeout in 12-5 win at Newman (2/19/17)...earned win with 2/3 innings of relief in 11-10 victory at Sioux Falls (5/6/17)...as a pinch runner had a stolen base and runs scored at Southwest Minnesota State (4/11/17)...also scored run in NSIC Tournament game vs. Minnesota State (5/11/17).

2016: Made eight appearances as a relief pitcher recording 1-1 record with 13.50 ERA...pitched 7.1 innings allowing 15 hits and 11 runs (all earned) with seven strikeouts and four walks...pitched one inning of perfect relief to get win at Upper Iowa (5/7/16)...had season high of three strikeouts in 1 2/3 innings of hitless relief vs. Ohio Dominican (3/7/16)...worked season high two innings of relief vs. Augustana (4/22/16).

2015:  Redshirted

High School: Graduate of Yankton High School in South Dakota... three year starter and letter winner in baseball... voted Most Valuable Player of his high school and legion team in Yankton and led Class A in stolen bases with 19 in 21 games as a junior with a .319 batting average.

Personal: Son of Mike and Darla Gullikson... born November 12, 1995... majoring in social science education.
