Biography

2021: Appeared in four games as a reserve defensive end...credited with three total tackles on the season...had one tackle vs Minot State (09/18/21), at Southwest Minnesota State (10/23/21) and at MSU Moorhead (11/13/21)...repeat selection to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 

2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019: Appeared in three games as a reserve defensive end...credited with five tackles, two sacks and one fumble recovery...recorded three tackles, two sacks and tackles for loss (11 yards) and one fumble recovery at University of Mary (10/26/19)...had two solo tackles vs. Upper Iowa (11/9/19)...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2018: Did not appear in any games.

2017: Sat out season as redshirt.

High School: Graduate of Sandhills High School...two-year starter and four-year letter winner in football...named First Team All-District and First Team All-Area as a tight end and also named to All-District team as a defensive end as a senior...recorded 15 receptions for 311 yards and six touchdowns and 23 total tackles with five tackles for loss and two sacks during senior season.

Personal: Son of Jason and Stephanie Coffman...born April 10, 1999...majoring in physical education with a minor in coaching at Wayne State.
