2018: Played eight games as a reserve quarterback, completing 29-58 passes for 434 yards and two TD's...was 11 of 18 for 198 yards and one TD vs. MSU Moorhead (10/13/18)...was 8-17 for 89 yards vs. Bemidji State (9/29/18)...completed 5-10 passes for 75 yards and one TD at Sioux Falls (11/10/18).

2017: Sat out season as redshirt.

High School: Graduate of Norwalk High School in Iowa...four-year starter that led Norwalk to four playoff appearances while finishing career as Iowa's all-time leader in combined passing and rushing yards with 11,359, second in career passing yards (8,984), completions (675) and touchdowns (93)...named Class 3A Second Team All-State by the Iowa Newspaper Association during senior season, leading Norwalk to 3A State Playoffs with 8-2 record, completing 158 of 243 passes for 2,325 yards and 25 touchdowns while rushing for another 535 yards and seven touchdowns...was a four-time All-District and Academic All-District selection.
