High School:  Graduate of Blair High School...three-year starter at running back for the Bears, capping stellar high school career with 3,013 yards rushing...rushed for 902 yards and 13 TD's in just seven games during senior season after gaining 1,553 on 248 carries and nine TD's in 10 games as a junior...named Class B All-State First Team as a junior and senior to go with All-District and All-Eastern Midlands Conference First Team...tied school record with six TD's in single game during senior season...was a three-year starter in wrestling and placed fourth in Class B 152 pounds as a junior.
