High School:  Graduate of Council Bluffs Lewis Central High School in Iowa...two-year starter at defensive end...senior season cut short due to injury while Titans reached Class 4A state semi-finals...during junior campaign had 26 tackles with 19 solo stops along with 3.5 sacks and 12 tackles for loss helping team to 11-2 record and Class 4A State Title...named All-District honorable mention as a junior.
