2021: Appeared in all 11 games at defensive line with 11 starts...tied for eighth in the NSIC and led WSC defense in total sacks (5)...finished the season with 23 total tackles, 7.5 tackles for a loss for 37 yards (third on the team) ...had four tackles and a team game high 3.0 tackles for a loss (13 yds) and 2.0 sacks (11yds) vs. University of Mary (09/02/21)...recorded two tackles, 2.0 tackles for a loss (11 yds) and 1.0 sack (10 yds) against Winona State (10/02/21)...credited with four total tackles and 1.0 tackle for a loss and sack (8 yds) at MSU Moorhead (11/13/21)...had season high five total tackles and 0.5 tackle for a loss (2 yds) at Bemidji State (09/11/21).

2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19. 

2019: Played in 10 games with three starts at defensive tackle, recording 25 total tackles...had three sacks for 24 yards, eight tackles for loss (29 yards) and one quarterback hurry...had five tackles with 1.5 sack for 14 yards vs. Sioux Falls (11/16/19)...credited with five tackles (2 solo) and 1.5 tackles for loss at Minnesota State (11/2/19)...made four tackles (2 solo) and 1.5 sacks (10 yards) vs. Northern State (10/19/19).

2018: Started all 11 games on Wildcat defensive line...credited with 20 tackles with one interception, 2.5 sacks and 5.5 tackles for loss...made four tackles with 1.5 tackles for los in 42-35 win at Upper Iowa (11/3/18)...credited with three solo tackles, all tackles for loss, with one sack, one forced fumble and one interception for 12 yards in 34-0 win at Minot State (10/20/18)... also had four tackles vs. Winona State (8/30/18).

2017:  Saw action in eight games as a reserve defensive tackle...credited with two solo tackles vs. University of Mary (9/9/17).

2016:  Redshirted.

High School: Graduate of Norfolk High School...played running back and defensive end for the Panthers during senior season helping Norfolk High to an 8-3 record and the second round (quarterfinals) of the Class A playoffs...earned Class A honorable mention All-State honors as a junior and senior...was an Academic All-State selection in football, track and field and basketball.

Personal: Son of Rudolph Taylor Jr. and Charlotte Knighten...born May 13, 1998...majoring in sport management.
