High School:  Graduate of Omaha Central High School...three-year starter and letter winner in football for the Eagles...also competed in powerlifting and track and field...earned Nebraska Elite 33 Class A All-State honorable mention during senior season helping team to 6-4 record and Class A playoffs...placed second at State Powerlifting Championships while helping team win state title.

Personal:  Son of Mitch and Rachel Sanden...born October 25, 2006...majoring in nursing.
