2014:  Named All-NSIC First Team South Division Defense after leading Wayne State in tackles with 99 during senior season...had 59 solo and 40 assisted tackles and ranked sixth in the NSIC in tackles per game (8.9)...had 10 or more tackles in three of his last four games, highlighted by career-high 15 tackles with one sack at Southwest Minnesota State (10/25/14)...credited with 13 tackles that included two sacks and three tackles for loss at Minnesota State (11/8/14) and was named Egg Bowl Most Valuable Player...made 10 tackles with two tackles for loss at Sioux Falls (11/15/14)...had six tackles and a 27-yard fumble recovery for TD at Concordia-St. Paul (10/11/14)...also had two interceptions and four pass breakups...ended Wildcat career with 314 total tackles.

2013:  Tied for the team lead in total tackles with 75 after starting all 11 games at middle linebacker...also had 7.5 tackles for loss for 33 yards, two interceptions for 27 return yards and two sacks with one forced fumble and one fumble recovery...had three games with 10 or more tackles, highlighted by 11 tackles with one sack and one quarterback hurry at Augustana (10-5-13)...recorded 10 tackles vs. Southwest Minnesota State (10-12-13) and Sioux Falls (11-16-13)...had seven tackles with one sack, 2.5 tackles for loss and one interception vs. Concordia-St. Paul.

2012: Started all 11 games at linebacker for the Wildcats during sophomore season...ranked fifth on the team in tackles with 57 (24 solo, 33 assisted) while racking up 4.5 tackles for loss for 11 yards and five pass breakups...had a season high 12 tackles (nine solo, three assisted) vs. Winona State with 1.5 tackles for loss for seven yards.

2011: Started all 11 games at linebacker for Wayne State during the season...had a team-high 83 total tackles with 35 solo and 48 assisted with 4.5 tackles for loss for 17 yards...forced two fumbles, recovered one fumble and had one interception for 23 yards...ranked 17th in the NSIC in tackles with 83...had 11 tackles with five solo and six assisted vs. the University of Mary on 10/8/11...recorded 10+ tackles in four games.

2010: Redshirted

High School: Graduate of Missouri Valley High School...Monzu was a multi-sport standout starting four seasons in football and track and field, three in baseball and two in basketball...helped his team reach the Iowa Class 2A Playoffs as a junior and senior and was selected to play in the 2010 Iowa Shrine Bowl...was a three time Class 2A All-State Selection in football and four time All-District choice...holds numerous school records, including career TD's (40), most yards in a single season (1,509), most career yards (4,108), most TD's (35) and most career tackles (343).
