Biography

2014:  Played in 10 games with four starts at defensive tackle, recording 18 tackles (11 solo) with 1.5 sacks and 2.5 tackles for loss...credited with season-high five tackles, all solo, vs. Augustana (10/18/14)...had three tackles with one sack vs. MSU Moorhead (9/20/14)...also had three tackles at Southwest Minnesota State (10/25/14).

2013:  Appeared in all 11 games as a backup nose guard on defense, recording 15 tackles with 1.5 tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks with one quarterback hurry...had season-high five tackles vs. Minnesota Duluth (9-28-13)...recorded three tackles with one tackle for loss at Northern State (9-7-13)...credited with one quarterback hurry vs. Sioux Falls (11-16-13).

2012: Redshirted during freshman season at Wayne State.

High School: Graduate of Sioux City North High School in Iowa...pronounced (Bo-bo)...Tony was a three year starter in football and track and also played rugby...he was named First Team All-Missouri River Conference and Second Team All-Northwest Iowa in 2010 and 2011 while leading Sioux City North to the Class 4A playoffs during senior season...Gbogbo was credited with 37 pancakes during senior year.

Personal: Son of Abel Gbogbo... born on 9/2/1993...majoring in pre-physical therapy at Wayne State.
