Biography

2012: Played in eight games as a backup linebacker and special teams player for the Wildcats during the season...had seven tackles (three solo, four assisted) and one pass breakup...recorded a season high three tackles (two solo, one assisted) vs. Augustana on 9-29-2012.

2011: Appeared in nine games for Wayne State during the season...recorded 17 tackles with eight solo and nine assisted...had one interception and two pass breakups...had five tackles and one interception on 10/1/11 vs. Southwest Minnesota State...named to the 2011 NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2010: Appeared in all 11 games as a backup linebacker and member of special teams in 2010...recorded 15 tackles with 11 solo tackles and four assisted tackles...had six tackles against Minnesota, Crookston with four solo stops and two assisted tackles on 9-11-10.

2009: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

High School: Was a two year letter winner and one year starter at Norfolk Senior HS... earned Academic All-Conference honors in 2007 and 2008... also was a member of the track team, earning Academic All-Conference in 2006, 2007 and 2008.

Personal: Son of Laraine McKeown... Born March 27, 1991... majoring in construction management.
