Before Wayne State:  Redshirted at Winona State in the 2024-25 season...played at Mendocino College in California and earned First Team All-Conference honors averaging 20.9 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game to rank in the top 10 in California junior college scoring.

High School:  Graduate of Bishop Noll Institute in East Chicago, Indiana.

Personal:  Parents are Terrance and Jane Artis...born March 4, 2003...majoring in business management.
