Biography
2018-19: Saw action in 21 games as a reserve center averaging 4.1 points and 1.8 rebounds per game...scored double figures in three contests, led by season high 16 points and five rebounds vs. Nebraska Christian (11/15/18)...had 10 points on 5-7 shooting in just 13 minutes of playing time in 87-58 win over Nebraska Kearney (11/27/18)...scored 10 points on 5-8 shooting with four rebounds vs. Pittsburg State (11/9/18).
2017-18:Â Played in all 31 games as a center, averaging 6.7 points and 3.0 rebounds per game...led the team in field goal percentage (52.5 percent) shooting 84-160...made 40-50 at the free throw line (80 percent)...scored a career-high 19 points on 7-10 shooting and 5-5 from the charity stripe against New York Institute of Technology (11/25/17)...had 13 points on 6-6 shooting against Mount Marty (12/11/17)...collected a season high eight rebounds to go along with nine points against Barclay College (11/17/17)...finished with double-digit scoring in seven games.
2016-17: Appeared in all 29 games as a reserve center, averaging 3.9 points and 2.1 rebounds per game...led the team in blocked shots (16) and shot 51.6 percent from the field (47-91) and 57.6 percent (19-33) at the free throw line...had five games with nine points scored...had nine points and five rebounds at the University of Mary (12/9/16) and had another nine points and five rebounds the following night at Minot State...had nine points on 4-4 shooting at St. Cloud State (1/27/17), at Sioux Falls (2/11/17) and vs. Winona State (2/18/17)...played season high 25 minutes vs. Eastern New Mexico (11/26/16).
High School: Graduate of Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln HS in Iowa...averaged 18.9 points, 8.1 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game while helping the Lynx to a 21-2 record and a trip to the Iowa Class 4A State Tournament for the first time in 17 years...was named to the Iowa Newspaper Association Class 4A All-State Second Team as a junior and senior and also selected the Council Bluffs Daily Nonpareil City Player of the Year the last two seasons...Bonner was also a two-time All-Missouri River Conference First Team selection and finished his career with 1,023 points.
