2025: Competed in five of six meets...opened season at Augustana Twilight (9/5/25) with a four mile time of 22:54.6...ran a season-best 8k time at Dordt Classic (29:17.0)  on October 11th...finished season at the NSIC Conference meet with a time of 30:33.6 on an 8,000-meter course (10/24/25)...received NSIC All-Academic Team honors.

2024:  Had strong finish to freshman season, ending year as #4 WSC runner at NSIC Championships and #5 finishers at NCAA Central Region Championships...had top 8,000-meter time of 26:18.4 at NSIC Championships in Minot, North Dakota (10/26/24)...placed 28th at WSC Wildcat Invite (9/28/24) in time of 29:46.7...posted time of 34:52.8 on 10,000-meter course at NCAA Central Region Championships in Joplin, Mo. (11/9/24).

High School:  Graduate of Okoboji High School in Iowa...four-year letter winner in cross country and track and field...was a three-time Class 2A state cross country qualifier, helping team to pair of state runner-up finishes as a junior and senior...placed 17th overall during senior season in time of 16:40.6...in track and field, ran leg on state-record setting 4 x 800-meter relay team (7:49.87) that was Class 2A state title...during junior season was state qualifier in 1,600-meter run taking 10th at 4:31.69...is a four-time All-Siouxland Conference selection and collected Academic All-Conference honors in the classroom.
