2024:  Participated in all six meets, was #2 WSC runner at one meet and #4 finisher at three others...was #2 WSC runner at UNL/Greeno Invite (9/21/24) with time of 27:48.1...posted 19th place finish at WSC Wildcat Invite (9/28/24) in time of 28:39.8...ran career-best 8,000-meter time of 27:02.6 at NSIC Championships in Minot, North Dakota (10/26/24)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team.

2023:  Competed at all six meets during freshman season...ran season-best time of 27:06 on 8,000-meter course at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/23)...was 29th at Wildcat Classic (9/22/23) with time of 29:28...posted time of 35:42 on 10,000-meter course at NCAA Central Region Championships in Joplin, Mo. (11/4/23).

High School:  Graduate of Lincoln Lutheran High School...four-year letter winner in cross country and track and field...placed 15th at Class C State Cross Country as a senior with time of 17:34...also a state qualifier as a junior helping team place eighth with time of 18:15 (32nd overall)...served as cross country team captain during junior and senior seasons...qualified in three events during senior season at Class C State Track...set new school record in 1,600-meter run (4:42.11) at state to place 12th...also qualified in 3,200-meter run (19th/10:40.68) and ran leg on second place 4 x 800-meter relay team that also set new school record...as a junior was a state track qualifier in two events - 3,200-meter run and 4 x 800 meter relay...earned NCPA Academic All-State honors in cross country three years and was Academic All-Centennial Conference in cross country and track and field all four years.
