2025: Raced in five of six meets... competed in Augustana Twilight on September 5th in a time of 21:58.5 on the four mile course...ran the Wildcat Classic 4.2k course in 15:27.9 (9/26/25)...had a personal best 8,000-meter time (28:30.6) at Dordt Classic on October 11th.

2024:  Competed in three meets during freshman season...placed 35th overall at WSC Wildcat Invite (9/28/24) in time of 30:07.0 on 8,000-meter course...opened collegiate career with four-mile time of 21:46.1 at Augustana Twilight Meet (9/6/24)...posted time of 30:10.7 at UNL/Greeno Invite in Lincoln (9/21/24).

High School:  Graduate of Pender High School...multi-sport standout in cross country, basketball and track and field...two-time Class D state qualifier in cross country, collecting 10th-place medal as a senior in time of 17:34.1...earned two medals at Class D State Track Meet during senior season, placing sixth in the 1,600-meter run (4:42.40) and 3,200-meter run (10:39.52)...closed high school track career as a three-time state qualifier in 3,200-meter run and twice in the 1,600-meter run.
