2025: Competed in five of six meets...opened freshman season with a personal-best on a four mile course at Augustana Twilight (9/5/25) with a time of 21:58.0...ran a time of 28:56.8 at Greeno/Dirksen UNL Invitational on September 20th on an 8,000-meter course...finished season at the NSIC Conference meet in Wayne (30:04.5) on October 24th on the 8k course. 

High School:  Graduate of Waverly High School...four-year letter winner/starter in track and field...also lettered three years in football...ran leg on school record 4 x 800-meter relay team that placed third at Class B State Track Meet...helped team win Class B team titles in 2023 and 2025 and runner-ups in 2022 and 2024...was an Academic All-State selection in track and field all four years and earned Academic All-State honors in football as a sophomore, junior and senior.
