2025: Competed in all six meets freshman season, #1 WSC runner at one meet and #2 finisher at two others...started college career at Augustana Twilight four mile meet and had a personal- best time of 20:31.0 (9/5/25)...placed fourth at Wildcat Classic (13:57.4) on September 26 on the 4.2k course...ran a time 26:32.6 at Dordt Classic (10/11/25) on the 8,000 meter course...finished year as WSC #1 runner at NCAA Central Regionals with a 10k time of 33:40.3 on November 8th. 

High School:  Graduate of Beatrice High School...three-year letter winner in cross country and four in track and field...placed ninth at Class B State Cross Country Meet during senior season with time of 16:22.82 to help team finish fourth overall...competed in two events at Class B State Track Meet as a senior, placing 16th in 3,200-meter run (10:02.54) and running leg on 11th place 3,200-meter relay team...personal best times are 9:37 in 3,200-meters and 4:32 in 1,600-meters.
