2025 Outdoor: Earned seventh-place medal in hammer throw at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/25) in Duluth, Minnesota with top mark of 170' 10"...placed fourth in hammer throw at Sioux City Relays (4/11/25) with season-best toss of 173' 0"...took eighth at Loper Invite (4/19/25) in hammer throw at 172' 10" and was seventh at Concordia Invite (4/5/25) throwing 157' 6"...named to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2025 Indoor: Did not compete at any meets...named to the NSIC All-Academic Team
2024 Outdoor: Posted career-best mark of 178' 10" in hammer throw at Sioux City Relays (4/12/24) to take first place...took sixth in the shot put (42' 0") and seventh in the hammer throw (166' 6") at the Loper Invite (4/19/24)...had fourth-place finish in hammer throw (172' 9") at Concordia Invite on 4/6/24...finished seventh in hammer throw at South Dakota Invite (5/3/24) with mark of 168' 9".
2024 Indoor: Threw season-best marks in shot put and weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships...was 17th in weight throw (50' 5.5") and 22nd in shot put (46' 2")...placed 10th at the SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24) in the shot put (44' 6.75") and in weight throw (49' 2.5").
2023 Outdoor: Placed ninth in shot put at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) with season-best mark of 43' 8 1/2"...also finished ninth in shot put at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23) at 43' 7 1/4"...had season-best mark of 139' 8" in hammer throw at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/26/23)...finished 24th in hammer throw (138' 11") and 25th in shot put (36' 7 1/2") at NSIC Outdoor Championships.
2023 Indoor: Competed in shot put and weight throw at seven meets...recorded season-best mark in shot put of 42' 9" to place eighth and had season-best mark of 44' 8 1/4" to finish 10th at Mount Marty Last Chance Invite (2/11/23)...threw 44 3 1/4" in weight throw at Mark Schuck/Minnesota State Open (1/28/23)...had mark of 42' 1 1/4" in shot put at Concordia Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23).
High School: Graduate of Windom Area High School in Minnesota...multi sport standout in football, wrestling and track and field...was section champion in shot put as a senior and placed 13th at state...threw personal best 49' 11 1/2" at sectionals in shot put while also placing seventh in discus...earned All Big South Conference honors in shot put and discus...was All-Sub District selection in football three seasons and named Linebacker of the Year as senior.
