2025 Indoor: Placed second in 400 meter dash at WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25) in 50.20 seconds...ran leg on seventh place 4x400 team at NSIC Indoor Championship (3/1/25)...posted season best time of 50.18 seconds in 400 meter dash at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/14/25)...repeat selection to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2024 Outdoor:  Did not compete...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2024 Indoor: Participated at four meets during indoor season...finished sixth place in 300-meter run with time of 36.50 seconds at Mark Schuck Open (1/26/24)...ran season-best time of 50.80 seconds in 400-meter dash at SDSU Holiday Open (12/1/23)...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2023 Outdoor:  Competed in four meets during outdoor season...ran leg on sixth place 4 x 400-meter relay team (3:23.24) at NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota...placed eighth in 400-meter dash at Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/26/23) in 51.38 seconds...took 11th in 400-meter dash (50.94) at USD Tuneup (5/5/23).

2023 Indoor:  Ran leg on fourth place distance medley relay team (10:13.98) and 11th place 4 x 400 meter relay team (3:36.53) at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato...set new school record in 300-meter dash in 35.42 seconds at SDSU Holiday Open (12/3/22) to place third...was second in 400-meter dash (52.12) at South Dakota Kickoff (1/14/23)...ran season-best time of 50.90 in 400-meter dash to place eighth at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23)...top 200-meter time was 23.70 seconds at Mount Marty Last Chance Invite (2/11/23).

High School:  Graduate of Waverly High School...two year starter in track and field and three year letter winner in football...as a senior ran second leg on third place Class B 1600-meter relay team and just missed medal with ninth place finish in 400-meter dash (50.83)...ran leg on Class B champion 1600-meter relay team as a junior...holds school records in 400-meter dash and 1600-meter relay.
