2025 Indoor:  Had season-best seventh place finish in 400-meter dash (52.05) at Mount Marty Invite on 1/18/25...took eighth in 400-meter dash at Concordia Classic (1/25/25) with time of 52.33 seconds...ran leg on distance medley relay team that was 10th at NSIC Indoor Championships...posted career-best time of 23.26 seconds in 200-meter dash at WSC Wildcat Open (2/8/25)...ran season-best time of 50.90 in 400-meter dash at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/14/25).

2024 Outdoor:  Ran legs on ninth place 4 x 100 and 4 x 400-meter relay teams at NSIC Outdoor Championships...ran career-best time of 50.55 seconds in 400-meter dash to place sixth at Mount Marty Twilight (4/24/24)...also finished sixth in 400-meter dash (51.08) at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/30/24)...finished eighth in 400-meter dash (51.08) at South Dakota Invite (5/3/24)...also placed eighth at Sioux City Relays (4/12/24) in 400-meter dash at 50.90 seconds.

2024 Indoor: Ran leg on eighth place distance medley relay team at NSIC Indoor Championships...recorded career-best time of 23.37 seconds in the 200-meter dash at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/16/24)...took fifth in the 400-meter dash (52.76) at Concordia Invite (2/9/24)...finished 11th in 300-meter dash at SDSU Holiday Open (12/1/23) with a time of 36.90 seconds.

2023 Outdoor:  Competed in five meets during outdoor season...ran leg on sixth place 4 x 400-meter relay team (3:23.24) at NSIC Outdoor Championships...took 12th in 400-meter dash at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23) with time of 52.10 seconds...ran season-best time of 23.37 seconds in 200-meter dash at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23).

2023 Indoor:  Ran season-best time of 51.11 seconds in 400-meter dash to place 10th at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/18/23)...top time in 200-meter dash was 23.48 seconds at Concordia Classic (2/3/23)...ran leg on 11th place 4 x 400 meter relay team (3:36.53) at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato...placed third in 400-meter dash (52.46) at South Dakota Kickoff (1/14/23)...had ninth place finish in 400-meter dash (52.86) at Mount Marty Last Chance Invite on 2/11/23.

High School:  Graduate of Norris High School...two year starter in track and field and football...ran opening leg on Class B state champion 1600-meter relay team during senior season with winning time of 3:24.10...also qualified in 400-meter dash and was 14th at 52.22 seconds.
